Daycare Franchise Process

As a Lightbridge Academy franchisee, your Circle of Care will include experts in education, operations and marketing who are personally assigned to you to guide you through the franchise process.

STEP 1 - Let's get to know each other

• Begin discussions with our franchise development team
• Getting to know each other - tell us your goals and background, let's see if this is a fit

STEP 2 - Talk business with us

• A no-holds-barred presentation of the Lightbridge Academy franchise opportunity
• Submit your franchise applications along with your personal financial statement for review and approval
• Presentation and review of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)

STEP 3 - Discovery Day deep dive

• Attend Discovery Day, meet the franchise management team and take a tour of a center
• Discuss your credentials for qualifications as a Lightbridge Academy franchise owner

STEP 4 - Decision time

• Receive preliminary approval pending financial verification
• After approval, franchise agreements are prepared for review
• Sign the franchise agreement
• Completion of background checks

STEP 5 - Let's roll up our sleeves

• Meet with our real estate team to discuss the site selection process and available opportunities
• Identify site, perform due diligence and competitive analysis
• Lease negotiation
• Gain municipal approvals
• Construction process begins

STEP 6 - School's in session

• Hire your center administrative team 
• Lightbridge franchise training program begins right after construction permits are issued
• Implement your pre-opening marketing plan and begin generating leads and pre-enrolling students
• Receive certificate of occupancy and state license
• Open your center and celebrate with a Grand Opening event!
